Guest Portraiture
Transform your event into a truly unforgettable experience with live hand-painted guest portraits. This unique service offers elegant, personalized keepsakes created in real time — guests receive a miniature 5x7" watercolor portrait that is painted one a first come-first serve basis, on-site, by a professional artist.
Whether it’s a wedding, corporate event, gala, or private party, live portraiture adds a touch of charm and sophistication, delighting guests with both entertainment and a lasting memento. Each portrait typically take 5–10 minutes.
How Does it Work?
The artist and her assistant will arrive at least 30 minutes before the event to set up. All art supplies are provided — all we require from the host is a small table and two chairs. If needed, a white table covering can also be provided.
Live portraiture typically begins during cocktail hour or the reception, seamlessly blending into your event’s flow.
Here’s how the process works:

The assistant will photograph guests (in groups of 1–3 people) and send the images directly to the artist.

Portraits are painted in the order received, on a first-come, first-served basis.

A limited priority list (up to five individuals or couples) can be arranged in advance.
Finished portraits are displayed on the artist’s table for guests to pick up at their leisure throughout the evening. Any unclaimed portraits at the end of the event will be left with the host for distribution after the celebration.

Available packages are tailored and recommended according to guest count.
Travel Fees: Additional charges apply for events located more than 50 miles from Columbus, Ohio.
Final Pricing: May vary based on event location and travel requirements.

Post Event Portraits
The number of portraits is guaranteed based on the selected package. Additional portraits apply only to photos taken by Alexandra Valentino Portraits and its associates. All requested photos are accepted during the time of the event. If the guaranteed number of photos exceeds the amount included in the package, the remainder will be available for purchase.
